Profession: Career Advisor but my passion is music radio and arts.
I'm relatively new on here, British born, Pothwari speaking background. I feel that I have a good combination of double D Deen and Duniya, I know what you were thinking.
My mum bless her is very religious, me on the other hand I'm more spiritual than religious. I do pray and fast, but I'm more bothered about a persons interior and deeper inner soul and intentions rather than Dubai culture. I pay my mortgage and bills on time, I look after myself and my mar company but like everyone on here, looking for someone who is going to enhance my life as I'm a very happy jovial guy with lots of friends both male and female and that will continue after marriage.
As we know our religion is based on the five pillars but a persons character and intentions should be up on that list.
I personally think we are missing a trick, before we pray and fast we do a niat and intention to have a pure heart and do good, so I believe I have a good moral compass, this should be included within any religion but it's an assumption. I am a big believer in fate and what is meant to be will come our way whether that's a spouse/friend/job opportunity. We are programmed and conditioned not to gamble, gambling is haram but marriage is the biggest gamble of them all. It's pot luck I guess and everyone is looking for a ying to their yang, etc etc
I don't have a beard, I'm not 6ft, but I've got heart of gold, witty sense of humour and like a bit of harry mirch.
I'm on the site to network/friendship/ tea/coffee/concerts/comedy nights because let's face it, when it comes to love you don't choose it. It chooses you. Every friendship and relationship is fluffy and rosy until we loose our temper/ challenge or disagree with something and that's when the real test kicks in and go into sabr mode. I've got a liberal and out of the box mindset, as we all bleed the same, just our mindset and the way we think is different. I'd rather be suited to a westernised girl with a clean heart, than an girl with any kind of negative energy. If you have a jealous or insecurity please address your issues before marriage not after because the man will get the blame
I'm 48 been round the block, but it would be nice to live life and have fun and laughter with someone similar and gets my way of thinking. I have my own place but still the man of my mams house, I'm the eldest of two.
